About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Coordinator to join our team at Upstream Production Solutions. As an E&I Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project teams and coordinating key project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to project teams and coordinate key project activities.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with health and safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and control of work policy.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Superintendent, lead discipline technicians, onshore support engineers, and supply chain representatives.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to coordinate work orders, requisitions, and associated maintenance requirements.
  • Support work preparation process, proactively manage materials availability at the work site.
  • Develop work-packs, procedures, plans, and resource lists for site teams.
  • Provide input to the project planning and scheduling process as required.
  • Provide input to project budget.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Electrical and Instrumentation qualifications.
  • Supervisory, maintenance coordination/planning role in oil and gas or mining.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and data.
  • Good process, mechanical, instrument, and electrical aptitude.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Excellent HSE standards.
