Automotive Parts Specialist Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Automotive Parts Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely issuance of parts to workshop and retail customers, as well as handling incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient, polite and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability, outstanding communication skills and telephone manner, excellent listening and problem-solving skills, exceptional organisational and time management skills, and computer literacy with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of parts to workshop and retail customers
  • Handling incoming telephone queries and orders

  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
