Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-end staff, you will provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and courteous assistance to members at the entrance of the warehouse.
  • Verify membership cards and offer carts if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
  • Count members entering the warehouse using a handheld counter and report half-hourly counts to the Front End Supervisor.
  • Monitor building access and discreetly observe armored transport vehicle activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Process new memberships and member maintenance, including updating computer records and obtaining supervisor approvals when necessary.
  • Collections membership dues via check, cash, or debit/credit terminal and issue receipts.
  • Issue membership cards using a computer, camera, and automated card printer.
  • Assist with refund counter operations and maintain a clean department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
