Requirements
  • Essential: Registered as a general nurse with the relevant authority and current practicing certificate.
  • Understanding of quality improvement processes and risk management obligations.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and expertise in nephrology nursing.
  • Ability to continuously reflect on nursing practice and apply learning as appropriate.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform staff and patient education effectively.
  • Knowledge of nursing, nephrology, and other professional issues impacting nursing practice.
