**Clinical Care Specialist - Seniors Living**

Join our mission to enrich lives and strengthen communities as a Clinical Care Specialist in a supportive retirement village setting.

This part-time role (4 days per week, 4.5 hours per day – with flexibility around days and hours) offers the chance to deliver high-quality clinical care that honours the dignity, independence and wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored, respectful care to meet each client's unique needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning and delivery
  • Deliver routine and non-routine clinical care, such as wound care, injections, and post-fall support
  • Act as a clinical liaison for healthcare practitioners
  • Maintain accurate documentation to meet organisational and compliance standards
  • Actively engage in ongoing training and reflective clinical supervision
  • Contribute to a culturally sensitive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • You are a compassionate and professional clinician with a heart for aged care
  • You combine clinical excellence with empathy and enjoy building strong relationships with those in your care
  • Full registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority
  • A current driver's licence
  • Previous experience in aged care or community nursing (desirable)
  • Strong documentation, assessment and communication skills
