Role Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Night Auditor to join our hotel team. In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and reconciling charges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests by handling their queries and concerns with empathy and care.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm welcome and assisting with any enquiries or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform night audit processes with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Support day team operations to ensure seamless service around the clock.
  • Collaborate with the night manager on financial audits and other tasks to drive success.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience in a similar environment is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficient use of Opera and computer programs is required.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming are also essential.
