About the Role
  • Drive cultural transformation by fostering a positive and observable work environment that promotes operational capability.
  • Ensure streamlined procurement and finance processes are consistently maintained across relevant sites, through proactive assistance, support, and monitoring of key activities.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of strategic operating plans, including annual budgets and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and implement quality processes to enhance operational productivity, agility, and efficiency across Generation operational sites.
  • Resolve site-specific issues related to procurement, freight, and workflow, through effective engagement with Accounts Payable, Suppliers, or other business units.
  • Enhance operational onboarding activities and processes to deliver a seamless, relevant, efficient, and positive experience for new starters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture high-quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong business administration skills, with experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of success in inventory control, purchasing, and expense accounting.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
