Commercial Lawyer - Remote Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative legal consultancy, providing commercial legal services to small businesses and start-ups. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients, primarily in the areas of general commercial law, corporate law, employment law, and technology law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial legal services to small business and start-up clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in general commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, employment law, and technology law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible working hours.
