Job Title

This is a casual administration role located at our office in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast.

  • Coordinating procurement and issuing purchase orders with site management personnel.
  • Assisting with report preparation and project variation administration support.
  • Providing compliance administration assistance (quality assurance).
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Inputting data into various project registers and documentation systems.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships across all levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About You

We're looking for an experienced administrator with prior knowledge of the construction industry or similar sectors.

  • Excellent organisational skills along with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia.
  • Hold a current Drivers license with reliable transport.
