Evidential Analysis Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Evidence Services Consulting Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with investigation teams to implement established evidence review strategies, ensuring the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies, in accordance with established guidelines and practice notes.
- Delivering training and providing support to investigation teams in the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
- Maintaining and administering ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
- Actively participating in meetings of the national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing any emerging, unusual or interesting problems and ideas for potential solutions.
You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve impactful outcomes, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to different audiences.
