Hospital Admission Coordinator

At our hospitals, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Pre-Admissions Supervisor. This vital position plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless patient admissions across our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of the clerical preadmission process, providing leadership to a team of hospital registration officers, and operating with autonomy to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of hospital registration officers
- Provide supervision and strategic directions to the hospital registration team
- Act as the escalation point for the hospital registration team
- Manage self-funded patients or patients with restricted cover
- Monitor inbox and action queries from stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Hospital Purchase Provider Agreements, effective leadership skills, and a high attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills and intermediate level medical terminology are also essential.
