Senior Product Strategist

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex operating rhythms at scale. You will work closely with product teams to empower them to do their best work.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, product marketing, and/or product design within a financial services or technology company. They should have excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to balance structure and flexibility.
As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building a strong, connected product culture that reflects our values. You will facilitate initiatives that improve team cohesion, collaboration, and trust.
The successful candidate will have experience using product collaboration and planning tools such as Confluence, Jira, Aha, Walkme, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, coordinate, and continuously evolve our product operating cadences.
- Bring structure and impact to how we plan, execute, and measure product initiatives across a complex, multi-squad environment.
- Work with the product and marketing teams to iterate on product marketing collateral and other GTM artifacts and activities.
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination and facilitate communication between Product and other teams.
- Take part in customer research and testing across product initiatives.
- Contribute to building models to demonstrate strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager to optimise product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years in product operations, product management, product marketing, and/or product design within a financial services or technology company.
- Experience designing and executing complex operating rhythms at scale.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance structure and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using product collaboration and planning tools.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with Project planning technology, professional services, or technology sectors.
