Job Description

The role of a General Practitioner at our clinic involves providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team. As a GP, you will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans in conjunction with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and protocols.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients on health-related topics, including disease prevention and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Medical Board (or eligibility for registration).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, facilitating informed decision-making and high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
