About Our Team

We are seeking a dedicated sustainability professional to lead our team in driving collective action across communities.

  • This is an opportunity to develop and deliver programs that engage businesses and residents to take action on climate and sustainability.
  • You will manage partnerships, grants, and advocacy initiatives to drive sustainability leadership in the built environment.
  • Your role will also involve supporting decarbonisation of key sectors and creating inclusive, practical solutions to address the climate crisis.
  • Ultimately, you will inspire and influence diverse stakeholders across community, government, and industry to deliver meaningful change.

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant degree and more than 10 years' experience in sustainability. You will possess strong people leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

About The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of programs that promote sustainability and reduce our carbon footprint.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
