Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of meat department staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
- Coach, train, and performance manage team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Ensure compliance with work health and safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in meat retail management, with a strong understanding of fresh food retail operations
