Are you a nursing professional looking to advance your career in leadership and emergency care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical & Quality Practice Lead to join our team at Monash Medical Centre Clayton.

About the Role

This permanent part-time appointment is a key position within our Emergency Department, responsible for ensuring the provision of safe and effective care. The role will work closely with the Nurse Manager to manage the department efficiently and support the achievement of organisational targets.

The ideal candidate will have significant proven experience in nursing leadership/management roles, with a strong focus on quality improvement initiatives. You will be passionate about delivering high-standard evidence-based nursing care to all patients and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in nursing leadership/management roles
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure efficient management of the Emergency Department
  • Support the achievement of organisational targets through quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Leadership (desired)
  • Current AHPRA registration (CNS level or above)
  • Australian working rights
