Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our OSHC/Childcare team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, inspiring, and joy-filled environment for children.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the education or childcare sector, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of primary school-aged children. You will be responsible for coordinating educational activities, developing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement educational programs for primary school-aged children.
    2. Coordinate educational activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.
    3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    4. Collaborate with teachers and other educators to develop curriculum and improve program delivery.
    5. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Diploma-level qualification in Education or Childcare recognized by ACECQA.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement educational programs.
    • Experience working with primary school-aged children.
    • Knowledge of child safety and wellbeing principles.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
