Outside of School Hours Care Disability Educator - Lake Colac

This role is in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting for educators experienced in early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
What You'll Do- Provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting.
- Deliver engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
- Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
- Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
- Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment – educators earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage.
- Enjoy up to 95% discount on enrolment fees at TheirCare CCS services for your own children.

- No weekend work and immediate start available.
- Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality.
- Available to work Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in Victoria.
- Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
