About the Role

We are seeking Casual Responsible Persons (RPs) to step into a Coordinator capacity and provide longer-term coverage at one of our services. This is an exciting opportunity to take on additional responsibility, lead a team, and create meaningful experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operation of the service, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school communities.
  • Support and guide educators in delivering high-quality programs.
  • Manage compliance, health, and safety requirements within the service.
  • Deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive programs that reflect the interests and needs of children.
Experience And Qualifications
  • Previous OSHC or childcare experience is highly regarded.
  • Must hold or be willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification.
  • Current Working With Children's Check (relevant state).
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma).
  • Leadership or RP experience desirable but not essential — full training and support provided.
