The role of HR Coordinator is to oversee the administration of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
This includes coordinating parental leave, managing performance appraisals, and handling queries from employees and managers regarding policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including parental leave and other administrative tasks
- Ensure relevant documentation is gathered and processed in a timely manner
- Coordinate training and other initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development
- Manage performance appraisals and reports to ensure accurate data-driven decision making
- Handle queries from employees and managers regarding policies and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance
- Relevant experience in HR administration or a similar field
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Ability to work in a complex organisational structure with multiple stakeholders
