This role requires someone to ensure customer master data integrity and centralised customer account set up process outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional data processing skills and attention to detail, proven experience of commercial customer on-boarding practices, strong knowledge of credit scoring processes and commercial acumen in understanding ABNs, ability to work with large customer data sets, and previous experience in understanding integration of data between multiple systems.
About This RoleWe are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist who can engage with stakeholders to maintain customer on-boarding practices, document work processes to support and educate the business, conduct credit checks and assess risk, liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding risk assessment outcomes, and enter, update and maintain customer and risk master data.
Our recruitment process involves a number of checks, including:
- Criminal history.
- Medicals.
- Drug & alcohol testing.
- Verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.
