Job Title: Credit Administration Officer

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Credit Administration Officer on a Fixed Term 12 months basis, to complement our talented team in our Brisbane Support Office.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to kick-start their career or experienced individual wanting to join a stable and progressive company. We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.

About the Role:

  • Manage incoming emails from the credit department, actioning and distributing as required.
  • Provide copies of invoices and statements to support credit officers.
  • Upload invoices into online portals for large industrial and mining customers.
  • Liaise with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding purchase orders and pricing.
  • Provide administration support to the rest of the team as needed.
  • Assist with banking and payment allocations.

About You:

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You possess intermediate mathematical and literacy skills.
  • You have intermediate computer skills, including confidence with Excel.
  • You can demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships.
  • You are available for this 6-month opportunity and willing to work full-time hours with a flexible start time between 7am – 9am.
