About Our ClientA leading manufacturing organisation with over 100 years of history, based in Brisbane's inner suburbs.
The Role: Credit OfficerWe are seeking an experienced Credit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end credit for a ledger of circa 800-1000 accounts.
Daily Responsibilities:- Overseeing high volume credit and collections for assigned ledger.
- Risk management and negotiation of credit limits and payment terms.
- Management of debtor reporting monthly and yearly.
- Dispute resolution.
- Collaboration with internal sales teams regarding customer accounts.
- Strong background in credit/collections, coupled with experience managing high volume collections within a large organisation.
- Experience with systems (ideally Oracle or JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, as well as ability to manage disputes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
A permanent full-time role within a stable and recognised organisation. Competitive salary up to $80,000 + Super dependent on experience, on-site parking and company benefits.
