The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR leadership roles within service-oriented industries, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions. A proven track record in people leadership, industrial relations, and delivering impactful HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives is essential.

This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the people strategy of a major organisation while contributing to the heart of Darwin's hospitality scene.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing and driving HR initiatives that align with functional and business objectives, while delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance in relation to HR policies and practices including industrial and employee relations.
  • Partnering with centralised specialists in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure recruitment and leadership coaching align with organisational standards and broader people strategies.
  • Building an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
  • Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, empowering them to deliver impactful, value-driven HR services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
