Control Risk Manager

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support and enable the Consumer Insurance function to effectively manage risk. This involves a strong focus on control design, assurance, and governance.
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual control testing program, leading a team of control testers to deliver insightful feedback and supporting key stakeholders to drive tangible control improvements.
The successful candidate will act as a control design expert, challenging and coaching peers and stakeholders to enhance control effectiveness within Consumer Insurance.
This expertise will also be applied to govern Consumer Insurance's FAR obligations, with the role responsible for maintaining and conducting regular reviews of the function's reasonable steps.
This individual will develop and advocate for desired outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence in control design and execution.
