Job Description

The Risk Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks within an organization. This role involves monitoring the effectiveness of risk management controls, conducting regular risk assessments, and implementing measures to reduce risk exposure.

Primary Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on operational risk metrics and trends
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews of internal processes and procedures
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management practices
