Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Red Team Lead to join our team of cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering Red Team engagements for leading organizations, including experience with CORIE or other regulated Red Team exercises.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team of offensive security specialists to deliver high-impact Red Team engagements, while also contributing to the development of next-generation methodologies and technical capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our team's 'next evolution' of Offensive Security services.

As a Red Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering technical coaching to junior team members, both during and outside of client engagements. You will also collaborate with our team of offensive security specialists to expand your technical acumen through internal and external training programs.

Requirements
  • Experience delivering Red Team engagements for leading organizations
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
  • Advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, CRTP, CRTO, GXPN, or CREST CCT INF / CCT APP
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
