About the Role

As a Radiation Therapist, you will be part of a highly progressive and passionate team of healthcare professionals and support staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risk and actively work towards implementing risk reduction strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Demonstrate knowledge/competency in performance of clinical skills relevant to your level of expertise.
  • Liaise with General Managers, Operations Manager and Centre Leaders to achieve organizational goals.
  • Liaise with all GCC Qld Doctors and local clinical and clerical staff to provide effective care coordination.
Requirements:
  • You must have technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy, including radiation oncology and medical imaging.
  • You should be able to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • You must have strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
  • You require a Bachelor degree as relevant (Radiation Therapy etc.) and registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
  • New graduates or visa holders who are looking to travel and experience different locations in Australia are encouraged to apply.
