Project Coordinator Role

This is a unique opportunity to deliver project management and consulting services to Defence clients within the Land domain.

The successful candidate will join our team and work alongside established experts in maritime, national security, and change/culture management. They will be responsible for delivering project management and consulting services to Defence clients, supporting project outcomes, and building strong relationships and networks within the Defence sector.

  • Deliver project management and consulting services to Defence clients.
  • Support project outcomes in a consulting context.
  • Build strong relationships and networks within the Defence sector.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Land domain, including management of programmes or projects.
  • Sound knowledge of the Army's modernisation agenda as articulated by the National Defence Strategy (NDS) and Integrated Investment Plan (IIP).
  • Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
  • Active NV1 security clearance (or higher).
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong planning and communication capabilities.
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in either CASG or Land Capability Division within AHQ.
  • 5–10 years in project management roles.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Project Management.
  • Familiarity with developing ODCS capability definition artefacts.
  • Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite.
