Placement Opportunities

We have fantastic opportunities for Support/Youth Workers to complete their required placement hours at CLO. Every day can be different as a Support Worker at CLO, working with participants with varying support needs, positively contributing to their lives and ensuring they experience great opportunities and a great life.

What We Offer

As a student completing placement at CLO, you will empower participants by assisting them in their home in a supportive learning environment. Our goal is to ensure placement students complete placement with the skills needed to obtain a rewarding career in the sector.

Essential Requirements

To complete your placement at CLO, you will be a values fit for the organisation. You will respect all people and have a positive and proactive approach to learning. You will hold:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Manual Handling Certificate
