About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team as a House Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our SIL division and make a lasting positive impact on the lives of people living with disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the oversight and people management of two SIL houses and between three to four customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a SIL environment.
  • Strong administration skills, including good knowledge of MS products, data entry, and report writing.
  • Current South Australian Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) and current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certificates.
  • Driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
