The Role

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience during the seasonal period. You will ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and solution-providing abilities. You will create a shoppable environment by keeping the shopfloor neat and tidy, ensuring stores are set up for promotions and sales, and stocking the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer experiences for each person who enters the store.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers.
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, file and tidy the shopfloor, and set up stores for promotions and sales.
  • Maintain high store presentation standards with the team.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and describe features and benefits.
  • Recommend, select, and locate products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Support the leadership team with assigned tasks.
  • Report safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
Requirements
  • Previous customer-service experience is desirable.
  • Focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to serve multiple customers.
  • Approach store operations with energy and enthusiasm, and provide a personal approach with customers.
