Job Title: Sales Ambassador

We are a retail organization with over 120 years of national operation and have grown to become one of Australia's largest menswear retailers.

As a Sales Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of being a sales assistant, from greeting and serving customers, to replenishing stock and ensuring the store is presentable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Work within a collaborative team environment to ensure store success
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across multiple stores if required
  • Collaborative team player
  • A desire to achieve company objectives
  • Flexibility to work varied weekday and weekend shifts
