Job Title: Guest Service Representative

Position Overview:

As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable stay. You will anticipate and meet the needs and desires of our guests, maintain high standards of service, and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately
  • Offer a warm and friendly greeting to hotel guests as they enter and depart from the hotel
  • Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Work with other departments to ensure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests
  • Communicate any guest special requests to the appropriate department(s)
  • Promptly action all guest messages and facsimiles
