Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to create engaging digital content that connects with our audience and drives growth across various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, shaping the voice of our brand online.

Your day-to-day will be dynamic, creative, and varied, spanning across content planning, production, editing, and publishing. You'll help build a consistent, aspirational brand presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with our marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Create visually compelling content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaging content across platforms.
  • Write clear, on-brand copy for captions, email campaigns, product highlights, blog articles, and digital ads.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices, using data insights and performance metrics to inform your content decisions and optimisations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of content creation experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Strong photography and videography skills (including basic editing).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for tone and voice.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media trends - especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation platforms.
