About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training expert to deliver high-quality training and assessment services in the earthmoving and civil construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and relevant training programs for clients in earthmoving and civil construction
- Ensure that all training content and delivery meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to relevant regulations
- Supervise students' learning experiences and provide motivating guidance
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid experience as a trainer/assessor in earthmoving and civil construction
- Current industry skills and knowledge
- Fantastic people skills and a passion for sharing learnings with others
