Senior Packing Operations Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in the APAC region, responsible for overseeing daily packing operations and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily packing operations to meet production schedules.
- Ensure all products are correctly weighed, sealed, labelled, and packed to customer and regulatory specifications.
- Monitor packing efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during packing processes.
- Conduct visual inspections of product and packaging for quality defects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of packing operations.
- Supervise, train, and support packing team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Manage staff rosters, breaks, and timekeeping to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in packing or production roles.
- Prior experience supervising a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Sound understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance.
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
