Eye Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic eye care professional to support our optometrists with pre-testing, offer frame styling advice, dispense glasses with various lens options, and build strong rapport to create a memorable customer journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support optometrists with pre-testing and assist with examinations as needed
  • Offer expert frame styling advice and help customers choose the perfect frames
  • Dispense glasses with various lens options and provide excellent customer service
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to achieve goals together

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience
  • Cert IV Dispensing qualification highly desired but not essential
  • Excellent verbal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues
