**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to establish effective relationships and ensure seamless project delivery.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to communicate project milestones and priorities.

- Prioritize tasks and milestones to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure timely coordination of materials and resources to meet project demands.

- Provide guidance to contractors on allocated tasks and promote adherence to WHSEQ standards.

- Support network and service assurance initiatives, as well as contractor management efforts.

- Facilitate accurate network records and system data through As Built receipt and approval processes.

- Comply with established processes and standards while contributing to report creation.

- Arrange site access negotiations with stakeholders and adhere to legislative requirements.

- Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and surveys to drive successful project outcomes.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain fibre infrastructure in optimal condition.

- Manage BYDA enquiries effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements for Success:**

- Eligibility to work in Australia.

- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a similar role.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, enabling clear and concise messaging.

- Ability to thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively towards shared goals.

- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.

- Project Management experience (desired).

- Effective interpersonal skills, promoting productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.

- Organizational and administration skills, facilitating efficient task management.

- Developed problem-solving skills and coordination abilities.

- Strong customer focus, prioritizing satisfaction and retention.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.

- Experience working with internal stakeholders and teams.
