Video Editor/ Cameraman Role

We are seeking an accomplished Video Editor/Cameraman to lead our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creativity and technical skill, with expertise in editing software and the ability to work on diverse projects.

About the Position:
  • Capturing high-quality footage, editing, exporting to specifications, adapting global content, and collaborating with senior production staff to deliver premium video content for clients and partners.
  • Working on a mix of large brand commercials and smaller content pieces based on client demand, and partnering with our in-house Producers, Agency Producers, Agency Creatives, and sometimes directly with clients.
  • Receiving creative briefs and creating captivating content that surpasses expectations.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and clients, utilizing strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Premiere software.
  • Ability to operate high-end cameras equivalent to a Sony FX6.
  • Capacity to maintain organized and clean edits for others to pick up with minimal confusion.
  • Ability to jump into other people's edits to assist with tweaks, exports, and dispatch.
  • Demonstrated experience directing talent and crew would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and After Effects would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of broadcast specs and dispatch systems like CAD and Peach is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability to work onsite in the office.
  • Valid driver's license.
