About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Lead to join our team at Service Stream. As a key member of our Finance, GBIS department, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and performance of our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation. You will also be responsible for providing support to improve metrics and ensuring the optimal reliability and performance of all staff, plant, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement data quality initiatives to improve the reliability and performance of our systems.
  • Collaborate with the Performance & Planning Manager to prepare estimates for management purposes.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Interface with other departments to obtain support and commitment to cost estimates.
  • Provide recommendations to improve cost estimating procedures and reduce future discrepancies.
  • Support the identification of cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Gas Industry.
  • Certificate IV Frontline Management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
