Job Description

This role is based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and has multiple positions available.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating maintenance, RDO's, Annual Leave and repair work for field technicians
  • Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for field staff promptly
  • Liaising with key customers regarding delays, cancellations and re-dispatching jobs
  • Preparing purchase orders for parts and processing invoices
  • Maintaining client records and information and time tracking technicians
Requirements:
  • Experience providing support and coordination to technicians and customers within the mechanical services sector
  • Advanced computer skills across Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Previous experience with Great Plains, SAP and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to display initiative
  • Natural enjoyment in assisting others
