Control Room Monitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Room Operator to join our team at Certis Security Australia. As a Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner
- Complete incident reports and logs, ensuring all relevant information is relayed to the appropriate personnel
- Conduct regular patrols of the monitored area to identify and prevent potential security threats
- Assist in the management of emergency situations, working closely with council and police as required
- Monitor and control access to site, ensuring only authorized personnel have access
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Current Security Licence + Monitoring Subclass
- Certificate II Security Operations
- Gallagher Systems Administrator Certification (desirable)
- Microsoft Office training (desirable)
