Employment Recovery Specialist

The Employment Recovery Specialist role plays a pivotal part in assisting injured workers regain their employment. You will be the central point of contact for the injured worker, employer, and stakeholders involved in the treatment plan.

This position is based in Sydney with flexibility to work from home. As a permanent, full-time employee, you will have opportunities to gain new skills, work collaboratively, grow professionally, and succeed within our team.

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of workers compensation claims focusing on physical and psychological-based injuries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as injured workers, employers, doctors, rehabilitation providers, and others.
  • Implement timely strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Work closely with our Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan supporting the injured workers' return-to-work journey.
