About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our service, you will play a key role in building genuine relationships with our customers and finding solutions to their needs.
A typical day for this role could include:
- Delivering goods safely and efficiently to local customers
- Providing excellent customer service and friendly interactions
- Assisting with order management and ensuring everything is ready for delivery
- Helping process orders, prepare quotes, and support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid open driver's license and safe driving record
- A Forklift license (advantageous)
- Experience in a similar role and a passion for customer service
- Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing
- A team player attitude - humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in
