Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our retail team. As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

You will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about home appliances and consumer electronics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including replenishing stock and disposing of waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
