Our 12-Month Graduate Program

Your Role as a Graduate

You'll work in the community or one of our accessible clinics, providing services that cater to individual needs and barriers. As part of our growing national organisation, you'll be focused on ensuring those we support have choice in when and how they receive services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to clients with varying abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to build capacity and maximise independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes
