Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity will see you join our team as a dedicated Speech Therapist, working closely with clients to understand their needs and barriers. As part of our 12-month ActionPacked Graduate Program, you'll be immersed in an environment that accelerates your learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients, supporting them to achieve independence and capacity building
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including clinical workshops and personal growth sessions
A competitive salary of $86,400 including super, plus travel reimbursement, an external PD allowance, and multiple performance-based incentive programs. You'll also receive a laptop, smartphone, quality clinical toolkit, professional indemnity insurance, and access to salary packaging.
