Salary and Benefits

You will be rewarded with a guaranteed salary of $89,200 including superannuation, along with a range of benefits such as travel reimbursement, external CPD allowance, performance-based incentives, and access to salary packaging and novated leasing.

Job Description

As a Speech Pathologist with Ability Action Australia, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services that support individuals with disability to achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Deliver individualised therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to support clients' goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligible to register upon graduation
  • Committed to providing person-centred care and supporting individuals with disability to achieve their goals
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
