Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of files with autonomy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Take client instructions and prioritize deadlines effectively
  • Attend settlements as required, utilizing expertise in CATS and PEXA systems
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the conveyancing industry, with a strong understanding of A-Z file management
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Form 1 documentation and proficiency in final checks
  • Proficiency in web-based practice management tools
  • Knowledge and experience in creating lease documentation and preparing private contracts
